What Is the DayHab Programme?

The ANE DayHab Programme offers a full day of structured support, routine, and connection for people who want to strengthen their recovery or bring more stability into their daily life. It’s a welcoming, non-clinical space where individuals can build confidence, develop new skills, and spend time with others who understand what they’re going through. Some people use DayHab as a step towards residential support, others use it alongside housing, and some attend entirely independently. The aim is simple: purposeful days, meaningful connection, and steady progress.

Our DayHab service runs Monday to Friday, from 9am until 3pm.

What the Programme Includes

Each day is built around a mixture of group work, therapeutic activities, and practical life-skills sessions. Participants take part in facilitated group discussions, recovery-focused workshops, wellbeing activities, and reflective exercises. Breakfast and lunch are provided every day, usually eaten together as a group – creating a sense of community and shared experience. Social time is built into the programme too, giving people a chance to connect, support each other, and build positive peer relationships. The environment is warm, structured, and consistent, helping people establish stability and routine.

  • Relapse prevention
