Addictions UK (AUK) and Addictions North East (ANE) were both incorporated between 2002 – 2004. AUK is a Social Enterprise and ANE is a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee. Both were supported by UnLtd and nearly two decades on are thriving, busy agencies seeking to provide a range of multi-purpose therapy services for people with addiction, mental health and neurodiverse issues.
We are extremely grateful for the help that UnLtd offered us in the early days. Both organisations practice social enterprise principles, and both organisations provide practical help and financial assistance to new social enterprises.
Addictions UK and Addictions North East still have strong working partnership arrangements. Together with the Hope Trust in India we are embarking on new collaborative ventures.
